Out our core, Readymix is a company that believes in the transformative effects of training and development. On 18th December 2022, over 20 of Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd Staff attended a customer service training facilitated by LeadingEdge Marketing and Management Service Sdn Bhd as the training provided and Puan Hajah Zaiton Haji Mohd Daud as the trainer.

This one- day workshop aims to help our staff to understand the important components of a better customer service which includes customer loyalty, customer service recovery and the ability to understand customer experience using company’s dashboard.
