On 7th February 2024 Wednesday, Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd visited Seria Old Folks Home in Seria as part of Readymix’ s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

In this visit, Human Resource department and Marketing department to represent Readymix company, handed the Food baskets and Red envelopes (Ang Pao) to the residents, for the upcoming Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations and to spread joy to the elderly in the spirit of the festive mood. Seria Old Folks’ spokesperson Mrs. Anna walked us through the history of the home since it started in 1957 and introduced us to the current elderly residing there. Currently, there are eight elderly staying in the house with three staff taking care of the residents.  

Readymix is thankful to Mrs. Anna and the residents for their warm welcome, wishing everyone a great year ahead and be bestowed with great health.
