On 28th April 2024, 19 employees of Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd consisted of the Heavy Vehicle drivers, Quality Controllers (QC), Batchers, Production executives and team members of sales department and Marketing attended one-day Customer Service Training titled ‘Excellent Customer Service Training- Getting the most from the Customers’.

The objectives of this training are:
• To understand the Customer Service Excellence mindset and behavior.
• To reach and communicate while managing difficult customers.
• To create a foster relationship and commitment in delivering consistent, competent service towards clients with a heart-and-mind attitude,
• To prepare a standard speech on how to influence customers.

In between the topics, the facilitator Puan Hajah Zaiton, organized team building games and discussed on the key take aways why some failed and succeeded in solving the challenge.

Puan Hajah Zaiton also includes the Topic of Customer Dashboard and the importance of having it from collecting the data and information of the order: customers and the site locations from the front-end staff, the Mixer Truck Drivers. The information will then be passed to the management for them to record and strategize accordingly.
