On 9th July 2023, Readymix staff attended a one-day customer service training workshop titled: WIN CUSTOMER HEART AND MIND.


It was a great opportunity for Readymix staff to gain a refresher course to improve their customer service skills and to create communal understanding amongst the staff from different departments upon the challenges they are facing at work and how to solve the challenges.


This time around, this workshop training was facilitated by Puan Hajah Zaiton from LeadingEdge Marketing and Management Services Sdn Bhd.


The workshop started with ice breaking, several activities such as the first one was Random of Kindness and De-briefing activity lessons, last but not least was the submission of certificate to all the attendees who joined the workshop and group photo.
