On 25th Octorber 2023, Readymix attended the Appreciation ceremony hosted by Youth Development Centre (Pusat Pembangunan Belia) for their Strategic Partners in 2023 with Mr Haji Zakaria Bin Haji Serudin as the Guest of Honor.

Readymix has always been supportive towards local employment to create Wawasan 2035, a reality. In the past year, Readymix had collaborated with education institutions such as Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) and Youth Development Centre (Pusat Pembangunan Belia) by providing internship grounds for their students to gain experience and skills especially in Heavy Vehicles.
