On 23rd May 2021, Readymix attended the ‘Creating Signature Customer Service Experience’ Training organized by Ms Dona Patrick and her team from Leading Edge Marketing & Management Services Sdn Bhd. The training was basically to teach and also train employees the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to increase customer satisfaction. The training was attended by departments from Sales, Marketing, HR, QC, batchers, drivers and loaders from all plants.
