On 17th November 2023, to follow a trend that has been viral on TikTok, Readymix office organized Potluck with theme: bring food or drinks that starts with the first letter of your name.

This activity was one of the management ways to increase employee engagement and bring health and wellness to the workplace. It serves as a safe and cozy space for everyone to talk to one another, exchange ideas and it serves as nice break for the employees from work.

This Potluck theme also encourages employees to be creative with the theme, each participant had to be creative with the food or drinks. It was fun and exciting to see what everyone brings to the table, some are totally not what being expected.
